Licensee last conducted and documents a fire/disaster drill in February 2021 and has been more than 6 months last fire/diaster drill was conducted which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated will conduct a fire/disaster drill and document. Licensee will provide proof of completion by POC due date and submit to Fresno Regional Office.
