Resolution: Licensee removed the toxic items and has made them inaccessible to daycare children on the date of this inspection. Licensee signed the Health and Safety Issues regulations that she understand this regulation on the date of this inspection.
Based on observation record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not providing a current mandated reporter training certificate for Helper #1, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states she will email the department a copy of the mandated reporter certificate for Helper #1 by email by 11/8/24.
