Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed Child #1 sleeping in a play yard with a blanket, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Staff #1 removed the blanket from the play yard at the time of this inspeciton. Licensee stated she understood this regulation and stated this will not be repeated. Licensee will submit a written statement of her understanding of this regulation and her plan of correction by 10/17/25. Licensee signed a copy of PIN
