Licensee's EMSA approved pediatric CPR & First Aid training has expired as of 5/7/2024. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee must register for a CPR & First Aid training by end of day Monday, 4/7/2025 and send LPA proof of registration. Once training is complete, Licensee must send LPA proof of training completion. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
