Resolution: The licensee stated she will have her employee to get fingerprint done by the designated date. The licensee stated the employee will be out of the facility until she get her fingerprint clearance completed.

Resolution: The licensee stated she will provide a proof of the training taken to the LPA via email.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two items left out in daycare areas, detergent and a power tool, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee promptly removed the detergent and power tool from daycare areas and placed them in an off-limits area. LPA and Licensee discussed maintenance of daycare areas in regards to keeping potential hazards out of children's reach.

Resolution: Licensee will contact Guardian and proceed with the fingerprinting process or restart the fingerprinting process for her helper. Licensee will then submit proof of the fingerprinting process to LPA.
