Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having six infants present which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall disenroll two infant children to be compliant with the terms and conditions of the license. An updated and complete facility roster shall be submitted to LPA via email. A follow-up visit shall be conducted to confirm compliance.
