Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Assistant Elizabeth Romero was transporting children without a Driver's license which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a statement stating she will only have licensed assistants who are CPR/1st Aid certified pick up children from school to CCLD by POC date.

Resolution: Licensee will submit a statement stating she understands above regulation and will close facility when she plans on being away from facility more than 80% of the day to CCLD by POC date.
