Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because the milk and water bottles brought from the children's homes are not labeled which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee to submit a plan of correction and pictures by the POC Due Date.

Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above with 5 infants dduring the inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensees need to immediately reduce the number of infants in care, no more than 4 infants, if also care other children above two years old. Licensee needs to submit CCL a written statement indicating what steps the Licensee is going to implement to ensure that the facility is operating within the required capacity of her Large Family Child Care License by the POC due date. According to AB 633, all parents of children currently enrolled and any future children being enrolled for the next 12 months must be provided with this report which contains this Type A deficiency, obtain the signature of parents in care with form LIC 9224 and keep in the child's file.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in without records which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agreed to submit records to the department prior to the due date.
