Based on observation and interview, LPA observed that gate does not comply with regulation requirements which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By POC due date of 7/03/2025, Licensee will provide proof of the gate meeting regulation requirements, does not obscure the view of the pool, and shall swing away from the pool, self-close and have a self latch device located no more than six inches from the top of the gate.
