Resolution: By Plan of Correction date of 11/14/2025, Licensee will provide proof of registration for pediatric 1st aid/CPR.
Per LPA's review of files, Licensee does not have current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification on file. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children.
Resolution: BY POC DUE DATE both Licensees agrees to provide proof of CPR/First Aid completion to Licensing office
