Resolution: By 5/30/2023 the Licensee shall provide a copy of the fire drill log to CCLD and a written plan of corrections on how to keep a current fire drill log available upon request by CCLD.
Based on LPA's observation that the Licensee could not provide one upon request during inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By 5/30/2023 the Licensee shall provide a copy of the current children's roster to CCLD and a written plan of corrections on how to keep a current facility roster available upon request by CCLD.
