Resolution: By plan of correction due date, 03/07/2025, Licenseen will submit the copy of the current certificate of Mandated reporter Training(AB1207) to the department for Staff (S2).

Resolution: By Plan of correction due date, 03/07/2025, Licensee will submit the copy of the TB test results to the department for a staff (S2).
