Resolution: By 6/9/2023, Licensee shall locate or start a new emergency drill log and provide a copy to CCLD along with a plan of correction in writing.
Per LPA's review of files, Licensee does not have Mandated Reporter Training per AB1207. Licensee stated she unable to locate her certificate. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Resolution: BY POC DUE DATE 6/9/2023 Licensee will complete the training and send a copy of the Certificate of Completion to Licensing Office. LPA provided the web address https://www.mandatedreporterca.com to access the required training.
Per LPA's review of file, Licensees do not have current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification on file. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children.
