Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Director stated that lead testing was completed, but was unable to show proof.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. At 1:52PM and 3:27PM. LPA observed that children went to the restroom. There was no staff standing where they can visually supervise the children in the restroom.
Lead Testing Written Directives. A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not met as evident by: Faucet C had a result of 12 ppb and Faucet D had a result of 6.5ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
