Resolution: Licensee will conduct a fire and disaster drill and submit and updated log to CCLD by POC date.
Based on interview record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not have a Safe Sleep log for infant in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will begin to keep a Safe Sleep log for infant in care and submit the log beginning 11/22/2024 through 12/06/2024 to CCLD by POC date.
