Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, two 24 oz counter top cleaners and dish soap under kitchen sink, 7oz. spray can of concentrated room deodorizer and toothpaste in bathroom next to kitchen, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: licensee moved cleaning products and bathroom deoderizor and toothpaste to top washroom cabinet, making items inaccessible during site visit.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above inLicensee has not documented the 15-minute check for infant Child 1 (C1), which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will sumbit completed sleep logs for C1 to the San Jose Regional Office by close of business 03/24/2023.
