Based on observation, interview, andrecord review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The children were left with the licensee's daughter, who did not have backgraound clearnace, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will send LPA the copy of the background clearance and will not have her daughter have any contacts with children before gaining the background clearance.

LPA observed that cleaning supplies and bleach were put on the top of the washer and dryer in the bathroom, accessible to children, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
