Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as a helper was missing pertussis immunization records which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to submit the missing records to the office prior to the POC due date.
Based on observation & record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above by having 5 infants of total 6 chiildren enrolled during the inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees need to immediately reduce the number of infants in care, no more than 4 infants, if also care other children above two years old. Licensee needs to submit CCL a written statement indicating what steps the Licensee is going to implement to ensure that they are operating within the required capacity of her Small Family Child Care License by the POC due date. According to AB 633, all parents of children currently enrolled and any future children being enrolled for the next 12 months must be provided with this report which contains this Type A deficiency.
