Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed toothpaste in a bathroom drawer and scissors in a kitchen drawer accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will have grandson fingerprint cleared immediately and understands grandson may not be present in the home until he is cleared.

Resolution: Licensee removed child during visit. Deficiency cleared today.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee left the children without a CPR/First Aid certified adult in the home which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee understands the day care must have at least one person present who is CPR/First Aid certified in the home while children are present. Deficiency cleared today.
