Based on LPA and LPM's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by during tour, two infants were observed sleeping in their cribs with loose blankets, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to submit written plan of action to LPA by POC Due Date. Licensee removed the blankets during the inspection.
Based on LPM and LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by some of the milk bottle brought from the chidren's homes are not labeled with the child's name in the refrigerator which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
