Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the home has had major construction including kitchen being relocated and walls being knocked down including removing a studio/office which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit and updated sketch of the home to CCLD by POC date.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the home has had major construction including kitchen being relocated and walls being knocked down including removing a studio/office which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a copy of inspection report including permit obtained to make changes to CCLD by POC date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed stairs were not barricaded upon arrival which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee barricaded stairs during visit. Deficiency cleared today.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed two knives on top of the kitchen counter, a drawer full of knives in the kitchen and dog feces in the back yard accessible to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee cleaned up dog feces during visit and will submit photos of knives removed from kitchen drawer to CCLD by POC date.
