Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because the fence was broken, allowing children access to the neighbor’s backyard, which contains a swimming pool filled with water, that does not meet licensing safety requirement, LPA also observed sharp end of nails sticking out from the fence which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Outdoor area is not allowed to use for children until the the it is safe for children. Licensee to submit a Plan of Correction by the POC due date.
