Resolution: Licensee immediately stored all the kitchen knives on high kitchen cabinet inaccessible to school age kids.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not obtain a current Mandated Reporter Training certificate which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit to LPA a current Mandated Reporter Training certificate by POC due date.
