Resolution: By POC due date 10/04/ 2024, Licensee will submit certification of completion of the Madated Reporter training (AB1207) to the department.
Based on records review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the Licensee does not have current Pediatric first aide and CPR certificate which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By 10/02/2024, Licensee will submit proof of registration for pediatric CPR/First aid certification. By POC due date 10/25/2024, Licensee will submit the certificate of completion for pediatric CPR/first aid to the Department.
