Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA observed licensee's son Ramon Rocha in front of the home. Licensee stated he must have stopped by to visit but left which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a statement stating she understands Ramon Rocha may not be present or live in the home until fingerprint clearance is obtained.

Resolution: Licensee removed items and placed them in an off limits living room. Licensee states she understands she may not have such items and will be donating them.

Licensee stated she places all the blankets in them to make it soft and comfy for the children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed blankets and placed a fitted sheet in play yard. Licensee states she understands that there shall be no blankets placed in cribs or play yards.

Resolution: Licensee will submit LIC627 for child 8 and 10 to CCLD by POC date.

LPA observed Clorox Wipes, ointments and alcohol wipes that state keep our of reach of children located near the front door accessible to children. In the front yard, LPA observed potting soil, liquid Drano and Fabuloso accessible to children. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will remove items and submit photos to CCLD by POC date.
