Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the pack-n-play did not have a tight fitting sheet and licensee was utilizing a large blanket for child to lie on which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall provide LPA with written statement stating licensee has reviewed and understands all Title 22 Safe Sleep regulations and also provide a picture of a tight fitting sheet in the pack-n-play. Picture can be submitted to LPA via email on or before the POC due date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the bassinet where C1 was sleeping has a mobile attached to the side of it which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall provide a picture to LPA via email of bassinet without the mobile attached on or before the POC due date.
Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of three infant files did not have sleep logs (current date or previous dates) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
