Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in facility has not conducted a disaster drill since November 15, 2024 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall conduct a disaster drill on or before the POC due date and provide proof via video to LPA. Proof can be submitted via email.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in C1 did not have current sleep log. C1 did not have sleep logs for the month of September 2025 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit copies of C1's sleep logs to LPA via email for the period of September 15 - September 19, 2025. Licensee will also submit a signed statement stating that licensee is aware of the Safe Sleep regulations and will maintain compliance.
