Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two out of five children's files did not have immunizations on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will provide proof of immunizations for C3 and C4 to assigned analyst on or before the POC due date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there was diabetic syringes, cleaning products, scissors and a knife in unlocked cabinet and drawers in the kitchen which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will replace/repair cabinet lock under kitchen sink where cleaning products are located and also add locks to select drawers and/or cabinets in kitchen to make items inaccessible to children in care.
