Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 15 out of 17 staff files incomplete and unable to be reviewed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

(d) Disaster drills shall be conducted at least every six months. (2) The drills shall be documented. This documentation shall be kept in the child care center for at least one year.

(a) The licensee shall ensure that personnel records are maintained on the licensee, administrator and each employee. Each personnel record shall contain the following information:
