LPA met with the Head Teacher, Bea isabela Bundang, explained the purpose of the inspection to her. There was 17 preschoolers with 6 staff present. LPA discussed the new Assembly Bill (AB) 2370, Chapter 676, Statutes of 2018 requires the Lead Testing of water in the Child Care Center with the Director during the inspection. All Child Care Centers that are located in buildings constructed before January 1, 2010, must have their water tested and post the results by January 1, 2023, and every 5 years after the date of the first testing. LPA referred the Head Teacher, Beaisabell Bundang, to the Department for lead: Lead Toxicity Prevention and Water Testing Information. LPA searched on the webpage of Child Care Center Lead Sampling and Reporting Tool on 03/15/2024, no record was found. Type B deficiency citation was issued. (Please refer to LIC809D).
