Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. C1 was observed sleeping in a stroller, which poses potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: The licensee immediately removed C1 from the stroller and placed C1 in a playard. LPA reminded the licensee of the importance of following infant sleep regulations and to review these regulations regularly. The licensee agreed and understood. The deficiency will be cleared during today’s visit.

Resolution: The licensee immediately opened the door to where C1 was sleeping. LPA reminded the licensee of the importance of following infant sleep regulations and to review these regulations regularly. The licensee agreed and understood. The deficiency will be cleared during today’s visit.
