The licensee's adult daughter was present in the home and LPA discovered that she did not obtain criminal record clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: The licensee's daughter went to a live scan location to complete her fingerprints during the inspection. The licensee's adult daughter provided a receipt showing that the fingerprints were completed. The deficiency will not be cleared until criminal record clearance is obtained.
