Resolution: The licensee must request that S3 go to a live scan location as soon as possible to complete her fingerprints. LPA informed the licensee that this deficiency would be cleared once S3 receives criminal record clearance from the California Department of Special Services.
Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 6 infants and 3 preschoolers with 2 helpers present during the inspection which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee must reduce the number of the children within the ratio by the due date.
