LPAs met with Executive Director, Shelly Baker. Also present were (5) daycare children and four teachers. Proper ratios and supervision were observed. It was alleged that napping equipment is not being properly arranged and lack of supervision resulting in child being injured. on 6/24/22, he facility underwent a change in enrollment and moved the two existing preschool classes to another affiliated facility nearby and LPA was unable to observe the napping layout of the chldren while children were present, however, interviews indicated that sufficient space (2 feet) was left between napping children. LPAs met with Executive Director, Shelly Baker. Also present were (5) daycare children and four teachers. Proper ratios and supervision were observed. It was alleged that napping equipment is not being properly arranged and lack of supervision resulting in child being injured. on 6/24/22, he facility underwent a change in enrollment and moved the two existing preschool classes to another affiliated facility nearby and LPA was unable to observe the napping layout of the chldren while children were present, however, interviews indicated that sufficient space (2 feet) was left between napping children.
