Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not providing the Department with an operational carbon monoxide detector, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will send the department a video of an an operational carbon monoxide detector by email by 10/10/25. Licensee stated she will check the carbon monoxide detector on a weekly basis to ensure it is operational.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not providing the Department with a documented safe sleep check log, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will send the department a copy of adocumented safe sleep check log by email by 10/10/25. Licensee stated she will ensure safe sleep is documented for each infant so this citation is not repeated.
