Based on observation and assistant's statement that she has not taken the Mandated Reporter Training, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the assistant (A1) has not completed the Mandated Reporter Training course, which poses as a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will ensure the assistant (A1) completes AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training and sends certificate to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction by the due date of 5/29/2024.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that assistant (A1) did not have a MMR immunization on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will ensure that assistant (A1) receives the MMR immunization and presents a copy to licensee for review.
