Based on record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee’s Mandated Reporter Training has expired which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated they will ensure to complete AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training and send certificate to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction by the due date of 5/29/2024.

Based on interview and record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the Licensee’s CPR/First Aid certification expired which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated she will enroll in an EMSA CPR/First Aid training class, complete it and will submit a copy for the plan of correction to the San Diego Regional Office by 5/15/2024.

Based on observation and Licensee's statement, the licensee and assistants S1, S2, and S3 did not comply with the section cited above in that they have not completed the Mandated Reporter Training course, which poses as a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA provided Licensee with written instructions on how to locate the Mandated Reporter Training online. Licensee states she and assistants S1, S2, S3 will complete this online course and provide LPA with a copy of the training completion certificates no later than 10/07/2022.

Based on interview and record review, the assistants S1, S2, and S3 did not comply with the section cited above as they had not completed the Preventive Health course which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: Assistants S1, S2, S3 will complete the Preventive Health training and submit certificate to CCLD by 10/7/22.
