Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as neither she or her two helpers had current Mandated Reporter Training certifications as they had previously expired which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee was provided a Mandated Reporter Training flyer which advises where she and her assistants may take the free on-line training course. Licensee states they will complete the training and send analyst a copy of all three of their certificates by 09/02/24 to address the deficiency.
