Based on observation, a spray can of Windsor & Newton fixative, a chemical product used for finishing artwork, was accessible in an unlatched/unlocked lower cabinet in the Elementary classroom. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on interviews and record review, staff member S1 acknowledged deliberately approaching and pushing child C1, which inflicted pain – an incident observed by staff S2. This posed an immediate health, safety and personal rights risks to the children in care.

Based on observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as medication stored for child C1 expired 12/2024, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as in the kitchen, several bottles of cleaning supplies shared a cabinet with pasta and other food items, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
