Resolution: The LPA provided the licensee with the San Diego County Fire Protection District Safe Swimming Program's information and submitted an application during the inspection. The licensee stated she will submit proof once the fire department reached out to her and will provide proof of the alarms once received.
Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having a life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches and labeled as approved by the United States Coast Guard, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated she will submit proof of purchase once she places the order for the life ring. The licensee stated she will provide proof once received.
