SANCHEZ, MARIA FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on analyst observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she did not have an installed carbon monoxide detector in the home which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: LIcensee states she will purchase a new carbon monoxide detector and install it and then send analyst a copy of the purchase receipt by 02/10/25 to complete the correction.

Based on analyst observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as none of the smoke detectors installed in the home were operating properly when tested which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: LIcensee states she will purchase a new smoke alarm and install it and then send analyst a copy of the purchase receipt by 02/10/25 to complete the correction.

Based on analyst observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the front yard has hazards in it such as two uncovered barbecues and a three pronged metal bar that is lodged in the ground by a tree that can be a tripping hazard and which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee states she will either move, remove or place covers on the barbecues and either have the bar removed or made otherwise inaccessible and then send analyst a picture of the corrections by 08/22/22 to demonstrate that they have been completed.
