Resolution: Licensee latched the jacuzzi and stated she will put a lock on the latch part by 10/10/25 and will send a picture to the department. Licensee signed the form that she understands this regulation and will conduct daily checks to make sure the jacuzzi cover is locked.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two out of five childrens files did not have immunizations in file, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will send the department a copy of a immunzations for Child #1 and Child #2, by email by 10/31/25. Licensee stated she will ensure all childrens files are complete before enrollment so this citation is not repeated.
