Based on record review by the LPA, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two children did not have immunization's in their facility file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The LPA reviewed the SB 277 regarding children's immunization's with the licensee and helper.
Resolution: The licensee stated she will request the immunization record from the parent. The licensee will also provide the SB 277 information to the parent. The licensee will inform the parent the children can return to the facility once the immunization records are provided to the licensee. The licensee will provide proof to the LPA no later than 12/13/2022.
