Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in as 3 of 3 PacknPlays have ill-fitting mattresses and ill-fitting sheets which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LIcensee states will obtain enough cribs or pack in plays for the number of infants in care with appropriate sized mattresses and will provide proof to LPA no later than close of business 10/4/23. Licensee will also ensure to only use tightly fitting sheets in future,
