Resolution: Licensee had the battery replaced on this date and POC was cleared at the time time of this inspection. License stated she understands the importance of always maintaining an operational carbon monoxide detector.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having a pair of scissors found in a drawer in the bathroom accessible to children, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the scissors at the time of this inspection and placed them in an off limit area. Licensee stated she understands this regulation and will ensure all items that may cause danger to children be placed in inaccessible areas. Licensee stated she will check for dangerous itmes before children arrive to the facility.

Resolution: LPA provided Licensee the LIC311D which lists required forms for children's files. Licensee stated she will send a copy of the children's completed form to LPA by 5/28/24.

Resolution: Licensee stated she will submit proof of immunizations for S1 by 6/3/24 and will submit a copy for the plan of correction to the San Diego Regional Office by 6/3/24.
