Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee spouse who assists with the day care, Marco Montiel Pazos does not have a current Mandated Reporter Training certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee and spouse state that Mr. Montiel will take the training at the approved www.mandatedreporterca.com website and submit a copy of the certificate of completion to analyst by 12/01/25 to correct the deficiency.
Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she and her assistant spouse did not have current CPR/First Aid certifications which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee states she and her spouse will sign up for an EMSA approved CPR/First Aid class and submit a copy of the completion certificate to analyst by 11/18/24 to complete the correction.
Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she has not been keeping an infant sleeping log for her the infant she has enrolled in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee was provided with a copy of the Infant Safe Sleeping regulations as well as a sample safe sleep log by analyst so that she can have them for review. Licensee states she will begin maintaining a safe sleep log for any infants in care going forward and will submit a copy of log for the infant in care for 07/21/22-07/29/22 to the analyst by 08/01/22 to complete the correction.
