Based on observation, record review and interviews with the licensee and helper, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the helper's file did not have copies of their immunization records, which poses as a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee and the helper state that the helper's first day working in the daycare was today (08/17/2023). Licensee said she will provide LPA with copies of helper's immunization records for influenza (FLU), pertussis (DTP) and measles (MMR) no later than 09/01/2023.
