Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as dog feces was found throughout the back yard and Licensee states at night the dogs use the back yard to relieve themselves which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee staes will remove all feces from accessible back yard area and will sanitize the yard and provide proof to LPA no later than close of business 6/8/22. In addition, Licensee states will prevent dogs from accessing the children's back yard paly space in the future.
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as door to garage was unlocked and there are tools and sharp objects accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states will lock the door to make garage inaccessible to children and provide proof to LPA no later than close of busienss 6/28/22.
