Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one (1) out of one (1) Cleaning products were observed on the floor while a child was in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed and placed items in a locked cabinet during the inspection.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that one (1) out of one (1) mandated reporter training AB1207, the licensee was unable to provide proof of completion during the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will be going to the San Diego School District, to get copy of the Mandated Reporter Training. Licensee advised if the training is not the AB1207, she will complete the required Mandated Reporter Training and submit the certificate to her assigned LPA www.maddatedreporterca.com.
