Based on staff interviews and observations, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was no kitchen sink in the facility which poses as a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
On 08/31/22, Lic. did not keep a lead value at or below the Action Level for water lead testing resulting with values of 5.5 ppb or greater for Room 1 sink. Water testing results identified with Action Level Exceedance (ALE) as defined in WD section 101700.3. are not deemed safe to drink. Based on a record review, the Lic. didn't comply with the above directive; Room 1 sink tested with an ALE. This poses as a potential Health & Safety risk to children in care.
